Location: Primarily based at our London Bridge (SE1) office, with regular travel to our GP surgeries across South East London (see locations: https://www.penrosehealth.co.uk/locations).
Working pattern: Predominantly office- and site-based, with limited flexibility for remote working when appropriate.
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week).
Salary: £70,000 OTE
Availability: Must be available during the end-of-year period (January–March) to support year-end processes.

The Clinical Performance Lead is responsible for ensuring that all practices across the group meet and exceed national and local clinical target frameworks, including but not limited to QOF, immunisation programmes, screening programmes and locally commissioned services.
This role owns clinical target performance across the organisation. The successful candidate will develop and execute the strategy required to deliver these targets efficiently across all sites, working closely with clinical, operational and administrative teams.
Clinical targets are a critical component of both clinical quality and organisational income, and the role will ensure the organisation maximises performance against these frameworks while maintaining high standards of care.
