Salary Band: £53000 - £58,000

Purpose of the role

The Lead Practice Nurse works with clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver the best possible healthcare to our patients, while providing leadership and oversight of the nursing service across Penrose Health.

You'll be responsible for leading the nursing team, overseeing clinical governance within the nursing function, and working closely with our Central Management Team to ensure the nursing service runs safely and effectively. Alongside this, you'll continue working as a Practice Nurse, delivering direct patient care for the majority of your working week — with protected time built in specifically for your leadership responsibilities.
