Reports to: Proactive Care Lead

Location: Based in London Bridge (SE1)

Salary Band: £25,000, with the opportunity to increase your earnings to a total of £31,000 per year through performance-based monthly commission (Pro-Rata)

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week


Purpose of the role

To support NHS patients in accessing vital health reviews by making high-volume outbound calls, motivating them to book appointments that could significantly improve or save their lives. The role is central to improving patient engagement and health outcomes through proactive communication.
