Reports to: Proactive Care Lead
Location: Based in London Bridge (SE1)
Salary Band: £25,000, with the opportunity to increase your earnings to a total of £31,000 per year through performance-based monthly commission (Pro-Rata)
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Purpose of the role
To support NHS patients in accessing vital health reviews by making high-volume outbound calls, motivating them to book appointments that could significantly improve or save their lives. The role is central to improving patient engagement and health outcomes through proactive communication.
Key relationships
- Patients – Primary contact, requiring empathy, persuasion, and clarity.
- Patient Support Hub Team – Collaborating to meet team targets and share best practices.
- Supervisors/Coaches – Receiving regular feedback and performance coaching.
- CRM/Data Systems – Recording outcomes and managing patient information accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Make 150+ outbound calls per day to patients due for clinical reviews.
- Persuade patients to book appointments, handling objections professionally.
- Explain health benefits clearly and address concerns.
- Monitor personal performance and participate in coaching sessions.
