Location: Flexibility to work across SE London sites
Salary Band: £42,000 - £50,000
Hours: Full time 37.5 Hours per week
Purpose of the role
Our Pharmacists play a key role in delivering high‑quality healthcare within a friendly, local GP surgery. They oversee all aspects of patients’ medication management, including handling repeat prescriptions, conducting medication reviews, monitoring drug therapies, and ensuring safe and effective prescribing. The role combines clinical expertise with patient‑facing responsibilities and offers autonomy while working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of patients’ medication needs, including repeat prescriptions, medication reviews, and drug monitoring.
- Provide safe, accurate, and timely prescribing and medication management.
- Maintain a personal patient list and deliver high‑quality clinical care.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to support integrated patient care.
- Work efficiently with the Pharmacist Dispenser to streamline repeat prescribing workflows.
- Contribute to shared learning within the wider pharmacist team and support continuous service improvement.
