Location: London Bridge
Working pattern: Primarily office-based, approximately 3-4 days per week in person
Contract: Permanent, full-time

You will have a strong track record of personally owning and delivering complex commercial, strategic or growth-related work.
We care more about what you have actually owned and delivered than your precise job title or sector background.
You might currently work in:
Primary care or NHS experience would be useful, but it is not essential.
We would rather appoint an exceptional operator who needs to learn primary care than someone who knows the sector but lacks the ownership, pace or commercial judgement required to build the function.
You do not need to be an expert in digital marketing, transactions, bids and patient analytics all at once. You do need the range and judgement to lead across them, personally deliver the highest-value work and bring in specialist support intelligently where needed.
