Location: South East London Sites
Salary Band: £12000 - £12200 per session
Hours: Full Time or Part Time
Purpose of the role
The Salaried GP will provide high‑quality, holistic clinical care to patients within a supportive, multidisciplinary primary care environment. The role focuses on delivering safe, effective, person‑centred consultations while working collaboratively with a broad team of clinicians to ensure the best possible health outcomes. The postholder will contribute to the ongoing development of clinical standards, continuity of care, and service improvement across the practice.

- Patients, carers, and families
- GP partners, Lead GPs, Clinical Leads
- Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Paramedics, Pharmacists, Mental Health Nurses, and International Medical Graduates
- Practice management, reception, and administrative teams
- PCN colleagues and external healthcare providers
- Secondary care and community services
Key responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence‑based clinical care including acute, chronic, and preventative consultations.
- Work efficiently with the multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate patient allocation and reduce unnecessary GP workload.
